Ellen and Buddy Temple Community Room

The Ellen and Buddy Temple Community Room is available for parties and meetings. The 2300 square foot room has a PA system, full Kitchen, 120 chairs and 20 tables for your use. Room usage is subject to availability, and library events take precedence over personal events. Reservations can be made by calling 936-829-5497.

REGULAR RATES

Deposits are due when the reservation is made. Fee is due on the day of the event when the key is picked up. Rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup.

The deposit is refundable when you return the key, if the room is left clean and in order, and there are no damages.

NONPROFIT RATE

$100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

There is still no fee for nonprofit use, but events MUST be limited to organizational events including banquets, award nights, meetings, etc. Organizations MAY NOT use their free rentals for baby showers, birthday parties, etc. Library director reserves the right to limit nonprofit use if it becomes clear that they are being abused.
